rotisserie chicken, or sub to grilled chicken breasts roasted sweet potato wedges - light olive oil, tossed with cinnamon, smoked paprika, & salt, at 425 kale - torn to bite sized pieces - light coat of Marie's Caesar dressing - force-wilted by crushing and letting sit out for 15+ minutes farro, tossed in dressing: - olive oil - applecider vinegar - honey - minced preserved lemon - sea salt - garlic powder - dried oregano - whatever fresh herbs are available, preferably flat leaf parsley
