Ingredients

750mL cinnamon whiskey (Fireball is strong, Jim Beam is go-to) 64oz Apple cider 750mL bottle of cheap Pinot Grigio 1 liter club soda or sparkling water 3-4 apples chopped (mix of honeycrisp, Granny Smith, gala) 1-2 pears sliced or chopped cinnamon sticks for garnish, optional

Directions

Large dice apples & pears into small cubes, place them in a bowl or jar and pour in cinnamon whiskey. Cover and let soak for 30min - 2 hours. Pour in wine, apple cider, and club soda. Serve over ice with a cinnamon stick.
