



With sweet potato fries
1.3lbs Ground Turkey, 93% Lean 1 egg yolk season salt season pepper garlic powder herb de provence 1 tbsp unsalted butter half yellow onion 4 Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced thinly Sharp cheddar or swiss cheese Pretzel buns 1 large sweet potato olive oil Thyme sea salt
Preheat oven to 425. With large sharp knife, top & tail sweet potato, slice into fries, leave skin on. Toss in large bowl with just enough olive oil to coat. Add sea salt and thyme to taste. Spread into a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake until edges are slightly blackened, about 40 minutes. Feed discarded potato to nearest puppy. Combine burger ingredients, shape into 3 patties. Let sit to get to room temperature. Preheat grill pan to medium-high on largest burner, thinly coat with olive oil. Seer patties, roughly 5 min per side, or until visibly cooked. After flipping, add cheese. While burgers are cooking, in a small or medium fry pan, melt butter, then sauté onions with season salt, pepper, & garlic powder, until they begin to look translucent. Add mushrooms. You may need additional butter to fully coat mushrooms. stir frequently. Halve buns and warm in oven for 1-2 minutes. Serve with ranch, BBQ sauce, & ketchup.
